SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will arrive.
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or launches), processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within The United States
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address or Lost Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date your order is received.
All return credits will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
Items will be inspected for any signs of wear (stains, pet hair, personal care products, etc.)
Store credit will be issued via email once your return is processed and can be used toward any future purchase at Shoppe Thirty One.
Accessories, jewelry, sale items, and seasonal merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return.
